With the development of cheap and powerful microcontrollers and sensors it has become possible to track human activity non-invasively and discreetly. This has led to a revolution in tracking activity for health monitoring, achieving exercise goals, or sports performance analysis. This has developed into to a multimillion-pound industry with many applications. So I want to make an exercise watch that can monitor the wearer’s physical signs to prevent people from going into a dangerous state because of exercise. This project successfully developed a prototype of a biometric tracking system for health and fitness monitoring. The system is capable of monitoring heart rate, exercise, and other biometric features in real time, and the Mbed prototype system integrates sensor data acquisition, processing algorithms, and a user-friendly interface to accurately capture and display data.References
