In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has revolutionized how milk is produced, monitored, and managed on dairy farms. By harnessing the power of AI, dairy farmers can optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of their milk production. This paper explores the various ways AI technology is utilized in the dairy industry, specifically focusing on its application in milk production.
